I usually do not write reviews, but the services I got here were phenomenal and it wouldn’t be fair if I don’t express myself to other people. Mr Zaveri is definitely very knowledgeable in this field. I was very confident about my case but my wife was always worried about it, but every time we talked to Prerak he really gave her confidence and he was there for our interview covering us too. He is very friendly person and never intimidates you which is always the problem with many lawyers. He would always be there to answer each and every questions you have even of they are repeated or stupid he never says no. The fees he charged were also very reasonable compared to other lawyers in the area. I had approached Mr. Prerak Zaveri for the following: My H1B has been approved but change of status from F-1 to H1B has been denied. In such scenarios, I had two options – 1) Go to India for stamping OR 2) File a motion to reopen.
